As parents, we need to guide our children and set limits. Modeling the behavior we want our children to practice ourselves is a challenge but will help all family members stay healthy, happy and connected.
As the days get colder and nights longer remember to keep routines and set bedtimes, so your child is getting plenty of rest. The use of digital devices demands our attention and limit setting to ensure a healthy balance of personal family interaction and screen time. While devices help with homework and research, they also disconnect us and create a divide if we let them.
