TUITION SCHEDULE 2009-2010

Tuition fees include all books, teaching materials, art materials, snacks and activity fees (field trips, PE uniforms, on-campus cultural programmes, etc.).

Morning Nursery [Age: 2] RMB ¥79,300

Full Day Nursery [Age: 2] RMB ¥120,000

Morning Kindergarten [Age: 3 & 4] RMB ¥81,000

Full Day Kindergarten [Age: 3 & 4] RMB ¥122,000

Reception [Age: 5] RMB ¥136,000

Elementary [Age: 6 to 12] RMB ¥142,000

* Children who are accepted for enrollment after the start of any term will be billed on a monthly basis for that term.

APPLICATION FEE

A non-refundable and non-transferable application fee of RMB ¥1,600 must accompany each application. An application will not be considered until the application fee is received. All returning students’ application fees will be credited against school fees.PAYMENT TERMS

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due in full by the deadline specified in the invoice. If payment is not received by the date specified, the applicant’s place will be forfeited and may be given to another applicant. No child will be allowed to attend class until his/her tuition has been paid.

All fees are denominated in RMB. However, fees may be paid in US dollars and can be wired or paid by cheque.Payment in US dollars should be based on the prevailing USD/RMB exchange rate at the time of payment. A US $40fee must be added to cheques drawn from foreign accounts. If payment is made by bank transfer, photocopied proof of transfer (bank voucher) including the student’s name must be provided promptly to the school. Payment should be made in favor of:

WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS

Written notice must be provided one term in advance of a student’s withdrawal from school. Autumn Term tuition fees are not refundable. One month’s written advance notice is required for cancellation of school lunch fee.
