When you first walk into MSB, you are struck by its unique atmosphere. It
is warm and welcoming, alive with the hum of purposeful activity and joy
whilst at the same time peaceful and focused. In the classrooms, the
children work individually or together in small groups with a variety of
educational materials in close co-operation with teachers, each following
an individualised learning program within the context of the well-defined
Montessori curriculum. The classrooms are neatly organised, at the same
time beckoning children to engage their curiosity and intellectual
creativity in self-directed work.
The calm but energetic ambience of the classroom is a natural environment
for learning because children naturally want to learn. At MSB, we provide
the opportunity, the facilities, the materials and the ethos for children
to become independent, self-directed, motivated, analytical and confident
