As the world grows smaller, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in one’s own language - as well as others - becomes increasingly important. MSB is pleased to announce our new language approach that allows Full Day Kindergarten and Reception parents to choose the language environment that best suits their child:
Intensive English
Chinese as an Additional Language (CAL)
Dual Language
The Intensive English programme is designed for parents who prefer a concentrated English language environment for their children. Special emphasis is placed on building confidence in verbal expression in English and development of expressive language, clear diction and reading and writing skills.
The CAL programme is designed for parents who wish their children to begin building a foundation in written and expressive spoken Chinese while primarily developing strong skills in English language speaking, reading and writing skills.
The Dual Language programme is designed for parents who wish their children to establish strong reading, writing and verbal skills in English while achieving proficiency in reading, writing and speaking Chinese.
